That screw is very small and can become weakened and even break. While I've had great outcomes using Neodent for single implants, I've also seen a lot of loose bridges and broken screws when Neodent is used on bridges. "Overall, Neodent is a great implant system that I've used extensively and patients should feel confident if their dentist is using it for single implants or All-on-X. However, if I'm putting bridges on a patient, I prefer an implant system that doesn't have a small connecting screw that is susceptible to breaking over time."
